the order of christian initiation for adults
Are you seeking to know more about the Catholic Faith?
Are you interested in becoming Catholic?
Is the Lord calling you to complete the sacraments you missed when you were younger?
The Order of Christian Initiation (OCIA) is not a “sign-up” for becoming a Catholic. It is a time of no obligation, during which you will have the opportunity to explore answers to your questions; and pursue the truths, teachings, and practices of the Catholic Church.
OCIA is a process for fully initiating adults into the Catholic faith. Some who come have had little or no affiliation or knowledge of a religious nature. Others have been baptized and have been active members of other Christian denominations. Some have been baptized in the Catholic Church as infants but have missed the fulfillment of the sacraments of initiation (Eucharist and Confirmation) when they were younger. The OCIA process is spiritual formation according to each person’s needs.
If you are an adult who has never been baptized and would like to enter the OCIA process in order to begin the journey or; you are an adult seeking preparation for the Sacraments of Confirmation and Eucharist, please fill out the Adult Faith Formation Form.
